Marketing
The company provides the customer with a wide range of marketing services including:
- market and competitor analysis (competitive analysis)
- branding, naming
- marketing strategy development
The marketing activity of Sona-pharm can be variable:
- participating in all-Ukrainian pharmaceutical exhibitions;
- participating in thematic medical seminars, symposiums, conferences;
- holding medical seminars, conferences, round tables;
- participating in medical associations (doctors and patients);
- advertising in mass media (articles in magazines, radio and TV programs);
- individual calls to doctors and pharmacies.
Sona-pharm has a field force of medical representatives operating within Ukraine. Our representatives work in Moldova. We also have a representative office in Kazakhstan.
Product registration
Registration/re-registration of manufacturers' products in the CIS:
- translation into Ukrainian or Russian;
- document preparation in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian regulatory authorities;
- filing an application to the State Pharmacological Committee of Ukraine to register products and reporting;
- informing a company about product registration in Ukraine;
- coordinating the registration process including current matters with regulatory authorities;
- obtaining a certificate about product registration;
- registering amendments performed by companies within the validity of the registration certificate;
- product re-registration (every 5 years).
Import and drugs sales
Import of pharmaceutical products of foreign manufacturers in Ukraine:
- participating in planning product volume and deliveries performed by the manufacturer;
- supply maintenance in Ukraine and logistics;
- customs goods clearance;
- payment for products in accordance with trade contracts;
- sales reports for suppliers, promotion, sales plan implementation, etc., at the request of manufacturers.
Wholesale of pharmaceutical products and medical devices in Ukraine:
- organizing a distribution network in Ukraine;
- products sales to large wholesale networks;
- products sales for clinics and hospitals (only for special products);
- control, analysis, wholesale procurement management according to marketing events.
