The International Conference in Reproductive medicine “Management IVF-clinic: comprehensive approach” was conducted in Kiev, on 3rd of June, 2011.This conference has been organized and sponsored by Sona-Pharm LLC. More than 100 delegates from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia and Moldova took part in this conference; leading experts in IVF from the USA, France, Finland, Israel, Ukraine and Russia presented their lectures. Within the plenary session crucial issues concerning organizational management of IVF-clinic on all possible levels, from the culture of patient care and control on medical procedures to the staff management and brand creation were discussed. Conference was held in a splendid place, Intercontinental Hotel, and in the evening participants could enjoy friendly talks, pleasant music and exquisite cuisine at the restaurant “Stare Zaporizziya”.
